We are including a DVD with every order just through SUNDAY FEBRUARY 6.

We created this DVD so that you could have 5 sequences to practice on your Mandala Yoga Mat.  But feel free to take the sequences and change them to make them your own.

Be inspired, be creative, let go and move.  We need to move!

I find that when I am on this mat there are no limits to what my practice can be.  Whether I spend the whole time on the floor or come to standing, the circular shape allows me to move without boundaries.

I hope that the DVD will give you that opportunity to take your practice and make it into your own creation.
